Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a soothing, noninvasive, hands-on therapy.   Chanel’s interest in CST started with her studies in neuroscience, she went on to study CST at The Milne Institute in Big Sur, California and graduated in 2009. She is honored to be the first certified advanced practitioner in Massachusetts.

Is it like deep tissue massage?
Not really.While Chanel has deep tissue massage training, CST therapy is a gentle touch/massage that works with the bones in the body, muscles in the head, neck, shoulders, and back.

How often do I have to go?
There is an initial consult followed by a 5 session series if you would like to become Chanel’s client. After that you can schedule your sessions according your needs and therapist availability, some clients return weekly, bi monthly, and monthly.
