YOGA FOR SINGLE MOMS is a visionary project that provides
single-parents with wellness experiences for the body and mind. Through
free yoga classes, along with simultaneous (but separate) childcare, moms
enjoy the physical and emotional benets of yoga without nancial or
childcare constraints. In the meantime, kids enjoy a fun place to explore,
create, play, and learn, through yoga.

Yoga comes in many forms and styles; however, they all have one thing in
common: the ability to combat the stress of being a single mother. Our
mission is to provide valuable information and instruction for using yoga
as a mind/body resource along the path of single motherhood. We
partner with yoga spaces across the country to oer aordable and
accessible classes and workshops that work for moms and kids.
